IP Ranges Being Changed to 0.0.0.0 - 0.0.0.0

I searched the forum and may be the only person facing this weirdness. My attempts at adding IP ranges in hyphen notation to whitelist, with or without spaces around the hyphen, are being saved as 0.0.0.0. What am I missing?

Problem found and fixed.
The ip-range was now correctly saved.
Please insert the IP-Range in your Profile again.
